Access terms for digital events

Registration credentials are valid for the individual who purchases them only. Sharing login information is prohibited. Individuals found to have shared their login information are subject to having their registrations terminated without a refund.

Cancellation terms for digital events

No refunds will be issued for paid digital events. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying reg@thirddoormedia.atlassian.net. Reselling registrations is not permitted.

Who can attend

Third Door Media events are open to business professionals 18 years and over. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission at our in-person events. Third Door Media reserves the right to deny entry to any person it deems unqualified to attend, including but not limited to sales staff from marketing technology vendors and service providers.

Your personal information

By registering, you agree to receive email notifications about future Third Door Media events and other Third Door Media products and services. Just click the “unsubscribe” link in any email to stop receiving notifications or mail us at Third Door Media, PO Box 3103, Edgartown, MA 02539. For more information, see Third Door Media’s Privacy Policy. Your email address and contact information will be shared with exhibitors, sponsors and partners when you give explicit permission to do so, which includes:

- checking the "permission to share my information" box during registration
- allowing your badge to be scanned (in-person)
- attending a session presented by an exhibitor (digital and in-person events)
- adding a session produced by an exhibitor to your event agenda (digital events)

Use of your contact information by exhibitors is governed by their terms, conditions and privacy policies.

Programming changes and other general terms

Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to programs. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.

Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs of any attendee in promotional materials. Third Door Media, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Third Door Media events.
